Postpartum Herbal Sitz Bath

Handcrafted blend of anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and anti-microbial flowers and herbs to promote healing of your most sensitive body parts. 

This blend includes all wildharvested/ organic ingredients including:

lavender, comfrey, plantain, calendula flowers, uva ursi, chamomile, yarrow, witch hazel bark, rose petals, magnesium chloride flakes, Dead Sea salt

This bag contains (5) individual pre-measured disposable bags.

You brew this blend like a tea then it can be used for a sitz bath or regular bath (1-2 bags). The tea mixture can also be used to fill pads for padsicles or used as a perineal spray. 

Drop 1 bag into 4 cups of boiling filtered water, let simmer for 1-2 hours with lid on then allow to cool to strain. Place mixture into clean bathtub (only fill to where the water is covering your legs) or sitz bath pan. 

For regular bath, you do not have to brew the "tea" but run your bathwater very warm and let the bag soak into the water to infuse. Once the water is cool enough to get in give the bag a gentle squeeze or two.
