Warm Weather Shipping Notice
At Woodsy Earth, we do our best to protect your order during warm weather by including ice packs at no additional cost whenever needed. However, because our products are made with natural ingredients and contain no synthetic stabilizers, they may soften or melt during transit, especially during periods of extreme heat or shipping delays.
If a whipped product melts, the product itself is not damaged or unsafe to use. Melting simply causes the whipped texture to collapse, resulting in a denser product with less volume. While the appearance and texture may change, the quality, effectiveness, and ingredients remain the same.
For customers ordering during the summer months or periods of extreme heat, we recommend selecting a faster shipping method whenever possible to help reduce the amount of time products spend in transit.
Because melted products remain fully usable and we cannot control temperatures, handling practices, or carrier delays once a package leaves our facility, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for products that have softened or melted during shipping.
By placing an order during warm weather, you acknowledge and accept the possibility that natural products may soften or melt in transit.

📦 Carrier & Method
Orders are shipped primarily through UPS, with USPS used when necessary depending on the order and delivery location.
⏳ Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, or shop closures).
You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
📬 Shipping Delays
Once your package has been handed off to the carrier, delivery times are out of our control. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues.
📦 Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:
- Please take photos of the product and packaging
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery

🌿 Warm Weather Shipping
Because our products are made with natural ingredients, they may soften or melt during warmer months. We take extra care when packaging, but we recommend bringing your package inside as soon as possible after delivery.
Woodsy Earth is not responsible for melting due to packages left outside or in mailboxes.
