At Woodsy Earth, we take great care in preparing and packaging each order so it arrives safely to your home.

📦 Carrier & Method

Orders are shipped primarily through UPS, with USPS used when necessary depending on the order and delivery location.

⏳ Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, or shop closures).

You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

📬 Shipping Delays

Once your package has been handed off to the carrier, delivery times are out of our control. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues.

📦 Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

• Please take photos of the product and packaging
• Contact us within 3 days of delivery

🌿 Warm Weather Shipping

Because our products are made with natural ingredients, they may soften or melt during warmer months. We take extra care when packaging, but we recommend bringing your package inside as soon as possible after delivery.

Woodsy Earth is not responsible for melting due to packages left outside or in mailboxes.
