At Woodsy Earth, your satisfaction truly matters to us. Because our skincare, personal care, and wellness products are handcrafted in small batches, we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges for safety and sanitation reasons.

📦 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number
Photos of the product and packaging
A brief description of the issue

🌿 Warm Weather Notice

Many of our products are made with natural ingredients such as grass-fed tallow, butters, oils, and beeswax. Because we don't use synthetic stabilizers to keep these products artificially firm, softening or melting can occur during warmer weather.

We take care when preparing and packaging warm-weather orders; however, Woodsy Earth is not responsible for melting caused by packages being left outdoors, in mailboxes, or exposed to heat after delivery.

If your product softens or melts, this does not mean it has gone bad. Allow it to return to room temperature before opening. The texture or appearance may change, but the product can still be used as intended.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

For safety and sanitation reasons, all skincare, personal care, wellness, and other personal-use products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If there is a problem with your order, such as damage, a defect, or an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help.

📬 Incorrect Shipping Information

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your order. Woodsy Earth is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If you notice an error before your order ships, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to correct it.
