How to Use Magnesium Oil Spray

Spray lightly onto clean, dry skin and allow it to absorb. We like applying it to the legs, feet, shoulders, or other areas after a long day.

A mild tingling sensation can occur, especially when you first begin using magnesium spray. Avoid freshly shaved or broken skin. If desired, follow with one of our tallow body butters after the spray has absorbed.
