We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including those suspected of fraudulent or reseller activity.

We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or other content are error-free.
4. Shipping & Risk of Loss
Orders are shipped primarily via UPS, with USPS used when necessary.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package has been handed to the carrier. Woodsy Earth is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage occurring after shipment.
Due to the natural nature of our products, softening or melting may occur in warmer temperatures. We are not responsible for products left outside or in mailboxes after delivery.
5. Returns
Due to the nature of our products and for safety reasons, we do not accept general returns. Please refer to our Refunds & Returns Policy for more information.
6. Product Use
Our products are handcrafted using natural ingredients. Please perform a patch test before use.
These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you have concerns, consult a qualified healthcare provider.
7. Payments
We accept Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including images, branding, and text, is the property of Woodsy Earth and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
All products are provided “as is.” Woodsy Earth is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
