At Woodsy Earth, your satisfaction truly matters to us. Each product is handcrafted in small batches using natural ingredients, which means we are unable to accept general returns for safety and sanitation reasons.

📦 Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

• Please take photos of the product and packaging
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery

🌿 Warm Weather Notice

Because our products are made with natural ingredients, softening or melting may occur during warmer months.

We take care when packaging, but Woodsy Earth is not responsible for melting due to:

• Packages left outside or in mailboxes
• Delays after delivery

If your product melts, it is still safe to use—simply allow it to return to room temperature before opening.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
