Refunds & Returns
At Woodsy Earth, your satisfaction matters to us. Because our products are handcrafted and made with natural ingredients, we are unable to accept general returns for safety and sanitation reasons.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, melted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at woodsyearthproducts@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or other carriers, but if your package appears lost or delayed beyond normal shipping times, contact us so we can help track the order. Please note: if a package is shown as delivered by the carrier, we cannot be responsible for theft or loss after delivery.

Non-Returnable Items
To protect product safety, unfortunately we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used items

  • Sale items or gift cards

Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to post the transaction.
