Magnesium Butter with St. John's Wort and Rosemary

I suffer from bad Sciatic Nerve issues. Every night I wake up to excruciating pain and every night I try to roll seat away the pain. Only to get very temporary relief.

I slept weird and strained my neck. I rubbed some of the magnesium butter on it, and it truly alleviated the pain. I normally use biofreeze or something similar, but this works so much better! I am hooked!

I was getting a headache from tension in my neck, I took some ibuprofen and rubbed this on my neck literally just a minute later, when I say my pain was gone in ten minutes I'm not joking.
