Also the deep sleep helps me stop my racing mi d at bedtime and fall asleep fast

I have been a fan of the Magnesium Tallow for a long time. However with traveling, sometimes I can't take a big jar, and I have a "travel" size tin from prior gift sets I refill. BUT these roll ons are super convenient for purse, carry on bag, desk drawer, and my car. Yes, I have actually carried and used the roll ons in each of these places! They are the perfect size and really do the trick with the essential oils in each formula! Don't buy just one, buy them all 3! You won't regret it! They also make a great introduction to Magnesium as a gift! I've used the roll ons for that too!
