Damages and Missing Packages

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Once the package has been sent and shows tracking, I am not responsible for missing packages; however, if I can see that the package is indeed stuck in the mail there will be a 3 week waiting period for the expected arrival before another package is sent out.

 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to the nature of our products and for sanitation purposes we do not accept returns on handcrafted products. Please choose wisely when making a selection. We are happy to help with any questions you may have.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
